Refund policy

 

At PowderAudio, we build every mask and headband to last, and we stand behind what we make.

Because our products come in one adjustable size, we don't offer returns for sizing or change of mind. We design them to work well for most riders, so we want you to feel confident before you order.

If something goes wrong, we've got you covered. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or never arrives at all, we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund, your choice.

Just email powderaudio.team@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and, for damaged items, a photo. We'll respond within 1–2 business days and get things moving right away.

We're a small, real team, if something's wrong, we want to know, and we'll take care of it.
